Dalloyau

I've recently went for the first time to Europe with my family. We had 6 countries and 8 cities to wonder in 14 days. One of them was the city of love, Paris. One of our missions was to walk around the city, so we truly get to know places around Paris, after walking all morning we found ourselves near La Sorbonne and tried to get to the Luxembourg gardens, but a little pattiserie crossed our way.
We entered it and found ourselves with plenty of food that looked unreal, and taken out from a recipe's book, we ordered some quichés, macarons, a chocolate tarte and a croque monsieur, we headed up to the jardins and started eating, and after the first bite, I think I took a bite of the life of Parisians, this amazing feel of tranquility and unity with people, with the warmness of the food it was just amazing!
After 14 days of exploring Europe, I came back home and decide to find that little patisserie. Thanks to Google maps, I learned it's name Dalloyau, turns out this maison has been around since 1682 and has even served royal personalities! I was shocked that we ended up in a Parisian place with so much history and that we didn't even knew about it! So I will never stop walking around a city because that's the only way to know it's secrets.
