My Scholarship entry - A 'place' I have visited

I am Farida Ridzuan, a postgraduate student. Photos works as my memories keeper, my favourite moment is when I look at the photos and I was taken back to where exactly it was and still having the same feeling that I had.I want the viewer to be able to go through the feelings that I've had when I shoot those pictures and bring them to the places that they've never been.I want to be able to inspire people to love photography or love things through photography.I want to learn more on how to shoot photos that could at least give an impact towards people's life.I believed that photography is a skill that can be developed hands on and it is an endless journey on becoming a better photographer.Having a great photographer around could help to learn faster and be more creative.The most important reason of getting a mentor is to be inspired and be motivated to become as good as they are which is why I truly hoped that I could be chosen for this scholarship.If possible and if I was chosen,I would like to get a chance to travel all around Malaysia,use the knowledge that I obtained and feature in a column in the local newspaper/magazine before continuing to the next higher level.
