My name is Mariame, originally from Morocco, currently studying architecture and planning design in South Korea. I have always been very interested in photography, design and colors. it was not so strong until I had to leave my country that I truly realized the magic of capturing those special moments living so far from my family and origin.
I'm also fascinated by traveling, I have traveled many times to several countries around Asia and Europe where I have been lucky enough to observe and take a billion of shots. I like arts and love photography because it is an art all its own. I like the randomness, the surprise of something you think you are capturing at the moment.
All in all, I can hardly wait to learn more and I strongly believe that I'm the ideal recipient of this scholarship as it is a chance for me to meet professionals, develop my skills and exchange experiences with those who are at the top of their field.
