Sawadeekrup! My name is Brian and I am originally from California. I graduated from college with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Film and Television in 2007. However, after graduating, I set my passion aside to travel. I fell into seasonal jobs which allowed me to traverse the world while still being able to repay student loans. I spent my summers in Alaska and my winters on snowcapped mountains perfecting my snowboarding. From living above the Arctic Circle to teaching English in Thailand for a year, my adventurous spirit has lead me on some wonderful journeys. Traveling has been a college of its own. I was able to experience many different cultures, people, and stories which in the end produce not only a better person - but a better storyteller. Since returning to the States, I have been bartending to fund my latest project. Currently, I am building a juice truck. I love juicing and cannot wait to share the benefits of healthy living with people. The opportunity with World Nomads would be the perfect catalyst to realign my passion and career goals for filmmaking. I am skilled with various cameras, lighting, and editing equipment. Filmmaking has always been my one true passion. I know being mentored by Brian Rapsey would help me perfect my skills and set me back on the correct path. Breaking into this line of work tricky. You need a lot of passion, skill, and a bit of luck. I have the passion - could use some work on the skills - and need an opportunity to prove my worth.
