About hiking-journal
I'm a 20 years old guy based in Turin, a city in the north of Italy, just under the Alps. My passions are all about enjoying life and trying to have great experiences. In the winter I practice ski-mountaineering and freeride skiing, while in the summer I climb, run on the trails, practice alpinism in my mountains and travel a lot.
All of these activities are closely linked to the other, big passion I have: photography. For me to taking a photo means also being in uncomfortable conditions, like staying on a windy ridge to shot an alpinist or walking several hours to catch the perfect light on an alpine peak.
I travel also a lot, for many reasons: I travel for find new climbing spots (for this I've been in Corse, Sardinia, Elba Island, Calanques, and many places in the western Alps), or to discover new cultures (like those I've found in Turkey, Malaysia, Usa, and many others) or just for pleasure, looking for great places just near the home's door: It's crazy how much adventures we can have doing a two-hour drive here in Italy.
A good reason to choose me is that I'm a full-equipped outdoor photographer, because I can move in challenging terrains and in the meanwhile taking photos.
