This is the stairway to crater. From my point of view, it's around 500m up so some Tenggerese rent a horse for tourist to avoid exhaustion.

Tenggerese riding the horse in sand sea that blowing by wind. I bet this people going to home after rent his horse to tourist. It's around 11 AM.

Stairs to Bromo crater. This is the dropped point if we rent a horse. You need to climb the stair to see the crater.
