I eat, sleep and breathe photography. As I sit here wondering what to write, I stare up at my wall that is plastered with National Geographic photographs from all over the world. To me, photography is all about exploration and exposure, which is probably why I am in such awe of practitioners like Jason Edwards and Taryn Simon, and all that they represent. I currently study BA Hons Photography at Salford University, every brief assigned I put my heart and soul into and every outcome aims to tell a new story. I spend the majority of time in the dark room, printing from negatives that seem to breed at an astronomical rate, I am also a firm believer in less is more when it come to post production. Visual communication fascinates me, but I also love to write. My goal is to educate people with my photographs in order to bring about positive change. I know that hard graft is needed to get me where I want to go in life and I am prepared to put the work in and go wherever photography will take me.
