Glory and Despair
Accounts of the heartachingly beautiful and glorious moments of travel, paired quite fittingly, with total despair and disaster.

As a wanderer, adventurer, moocher and all round explorer, I am always on the hunt for a piece of the world that tells me something new, sends an unmet character across my path or blows a new kind of dusty wind through my hair. I have conquered only small corners so far in my 20-odd years, but find solace in the unsat, unnoticed or forgotten patches of earth that speak a foreign tongue and make me feel as much an insider as an outsider- as though an unspoken secret is being quietly shared, enjoyed and passed along.
Through writing a few short passages and taking a few hundred rolls of pictures I have archived many little trips and sought to give them the respect, adoration and resultant nostalgia that these moments of beauty deserve.
I spent a few years studying arts, making, sculpting and travelling, UK and beyond.
I later found myself quite at home in the red soil of Africa, and had a hard job tearing myself away.
Now I write and make in mostly equal parts, and do that wherever and whenever I can. The wherever being, generally, the point.
