So started the trip in the old fashioned way at LGW with an early morning Pinot Grigio. Then onto the Cancun flight where my lovely friend who works for BA managed to get me an upgrade - no Goat Class for me.
Hotel is great with a pool & the sunburn is minimal at the mo. Found a park called the Parque de las Palapas which in the evening is full of families walking around, looking after their kids on huge plastic cars & eating great food. Everything there is very cheap & really good. Tortas with roast pork & a bottle of water about £2.00.
raining aat then mo so it will be a restful day butt might venture into the Hotel Zone to watch the footy.
Booked a couple of nights at the Beachouse Hostel on Cozumel for next week which looks great. So far everything is going really well. Very happy!!!
