This boy was playing in his "playground", the lake of Tonle Sap. His is just throwing some stick to see how far it can go. I guess you cant really run on river and may be this is one of the best games you can play except swimming. Actually this remind me about my childhood, the time I have to make my own games from what i can get, just like this boy.
