Children from the rapidly expanding yurt districts play soccer on the fields that have not yet been claimed. The smog of Ulaanbaatar hovers in the distance.

Nomads who move to the capital to find work often bring their yurt, set it up nearby, and build a fence around it. This has resulted in the massive yurt-districts surrounding the city.

When the nomads make enough money, they often build crude concrete houses within their fence. The original yurts then become guest houses or storages. This marks the full transition from nomad to city-dweller.
