    Views[65] A young lamb keeps its eyes and ears tuned in to my every move. Nothing on the property goes by unnoticed when ‘The Watchman’ is on the case. Views[204] The Tasman Peninsula, Australia, is well known for its beauty and unpredictable weather patterns. En route from the Hobart to Mum’s farm on the Peninsula the skies opened over one of the many islands. It seemed as if the Heavens were beckoning us to climb the staircase in the clouds. Views[212] Eyes are the window to the soul which is plain to see with Nadia, one of Mum’s 5 pigs. She is truly the most beautiful, gentle and inquisitive pig I’ve come across. If you look hard enough you can just make out her gently fluttering long eyelashes over her comforting eyes. Views[198] A common site on the trip back to Hobart. One of the many long and empty dirt roads on the Tasman Peninsula that Mum travels regularly. The sign is somewhat meaningless; we didn’t pass a soul the entire afternoon. Views[146]
     
    This deadwood tree on the property is silhouetted beautifully against the sunset and distant ridged tree line. I found myself staring at the contoured and almost skeletal limbs of the long dead tree. Views[212]
