Railroad workers

I'm a 29 year old Argentinian, and the persuit of a compelling image is everything to me; wether it's a portrait of a neighbour with an interesting face or a macro shot of a spider I found in the bathroom, I am constantly seeking that thrill of producing an interesting image to share with others. I'm a nature lover, and addicted to traveling as much as possible. Actually...travelling IS about taking pictures for me. I spend most of my free time watching documentaries and reading, from the migrations in the Serengeti, or Pigmy elephants of Borneo, to Rohingya muslims in Burma/Myanmar or the conflicts in DRC.
This Oman assigment really makes my chest vibrate, for a variey of reasons. Of course, being that photography, wildlife, and travelling means the world to me, everything related to National Geographic resonates strong with me.
But also because this last year I've become increasingly interested in Islam and the Muslim world since I traveled to Asia last summer, and this would be a wonderful oportunity and experience to learn both about the culture, and about photography in the field, working alongside an amazing photographer like Jason Edwards.
