My name is Gosia and I'm from Poland but I've been living in Sydney for the last 7 years. Travel and photography have always been my biggest passions and whenever I get a chance to go and explore a new country, I take that opportunity straight away as knowing new cultures, seeing places in the world for the first time and being able to be a part of these cultures is a priceless feeling to me. I would love to be able to go on an assignemnt to Peru with Jason and if this trip would allow me to learn at least 1% of his skills and take such powerful and truthful images, I would be able to help other people to see things they might never have a change to explore. I' ve had an opportunity to meet Jason one year ago when he was doing a photographty talk in the Sydney Library. Totally fell in love with his photographs and the emphasis on staying true, don't overuse filters and other enhancements but try to picture the world as it is. Going on an assignment with Jason would be a dream come true as I have always been a huge fan of National Geographic Society and an opportunity to work with one of their photographers would be the most fantastic way of learning I could ever think of!
