Travel photography combines my two biggest passions in life - Travelling: exploring places, meeting people, appreciating their history, culture and society; and Photography: my love and a great source of joy and satisfaction.

My travelling has broadened my knowledge and enabled me to put things into perspective. My photography has allowed me to share my experience and lessons. This scholarship will improve my skills and ability to share my experiences, helping to create a more empathetic culture towards fellow human beings, animals and our environment.
Photographic integrity is important to me has it has played such an important role in history, influencing the behaviours of politicians and citizens alike. I believe in traditional photographic expressions, that truthful images will continue to influence and shape our future. With National Geographic sharing the same vision and belief, It would be my absolute privilege to be mentored by a National Geographic photographer whilst experiencing one of the most remote and pristine part of the world.
