I'm pretty confident, that everyone was preparing this dish, but knows little about the history and ingredients that improve the taste.
You always have to cook for themselves, and then each dish will be delicious. You put soul into it and then see the results.
When I was in America, in house in which he lived Italian is pretty old. And somehow, he decided to cook spaghetti. When I saw him, as, he was preparing, I immediately became interested, he did the sauce the whole house smelled heavenly scent of spices that was something. And the meatballs are cooked in this miracle. In general, the result was worth the efforts and time spent. I'll never forget when I first tried it. He seemed to put a bit of Italian culture. The very Italian, we prepared the spaghetti! "Where would the Italian may be, convolutions of his brain busy bends spaghetti on a plate"
Bolognese
This word (bolognese - meaning "in Bolognese"), the Italians call dishes made with a thick sauce of minced beef and tomatoes.

Ingredients: 250g minced beef, 300 ml pomito or 8 fresh tomatoes 2 large cloves garlic, 100 g of grated Parmesan cheese, half a glass of red wine, black pepper, oregano, basil, 250 g of spaghetti.

Cut the tomatoes into cubes. Tomatoes first scalded with boiling water and remove themfrom the skin. Grind the garlic. Fry on a hot skillet with olive oil, ground beef. Add the wine and a good mash lumps. Once the liquid evaporates, pour in the panpomito or chopped fresh tomato pulp and salt. Simmer the mixture over low heat for 20-30 minutes. After that add to the sauce, chopped garlic, black pepper, a little oregano and basil. Subject to languish for another 10 minutes.

Cook the spaghetti in salted water. Throws them into a colander and wash. Serve spread out on plates of spaghetti, covered with sauce bolognese, grated Parmesan and black pepper.

That, done enjoy and remember in the world there are many beautiful things.
