The semester at school was comming to an end, and some friends and I have talked about going on a very exciting trip for our vacations. We never imagined how this crazy idea would end. Crazy because, nowadays it's not that easy to mobilise a group of people. Things were getting a bit gloomy for our vacation trip, some of our friends gave up, and others decided to be counted in. I won't forget the day we finally gathered and decided the course of the trip. Everyone was excited and talking about swimsuits, the beach and the hotel. When the short meeting ended we agreed to travel on april 10 that year. We arrived to our first destiny in our itinerary: Tela, Honduras. Tela is a very small village located in the north coast of Honduras, that mixes colonial with a touch of modernity. La Ensenada Resort was the perfect place for our trip, it provided us all the fun and entertainment we were looking for. Wonderful 4 days at Tela. Roatán was waiting for us. One of the three idyllic islands that compose the Bay Islands at Honduras. An awesome place to dive, skydive, eat, party, practice canopy and of course enjoy of an amazing landscape. Roatán is one of that places that you never get tired of. Fun is endless. Finally we moved to the Cochino Cay Archipielago. I must say I didn´t expect what I saw there. A virgin principal cay with just one hotel, crystal waters full of colors and life, and a paradise on earth. My friends were surprised with the landscape infront of us. We couldn´t believe that Honduras had such a place in it's territory, but our eyes were opened so we could see that we have a very rich country with beautiful places to enjoy. The experience of my life, the trip of a lifetime, 2 weeks having fun, spending time with spectacular people and discovering the wonders of a great country.
