1 egg

5 tbsp flour ( or just a bit more )
salt and sugar to taste
For the dough:
400 g flour
100 g butter
1 egg
3 tbsp sour cream
For the filling:
1 chicken (about 1.4-1.5 kg)
400 g mushrooms (ideally forest, but also mushrooms went well)
2 onions

How to prepare this recipeDirections :
