Nomads have kept me waiting for nearly 5 months after I had emergency heart surgery overseas.
They are trying to find non-existent proof a pre existing diagnosed condition to deny the claim.
AS a medical professional, if I knew I had the condition, at age 68, I certainly would not be making a 20 hour flight and travelling in foreign places for 6 months.
Their customer service is non existent. From the start, no information from them, After a month, I contacted them and was told 2-3 months.
5 months of streess and uncertainty, with medical providers threatening legal action and refusing to see me..
