My Scholarship entry - A 'place' I have visited

Photography has always been a close to heart affair for me. The first camera that I remember using was a canon film camera back in 1996. A few years later my dad bought me a canon point and shoot. Then it was the turn of a 4.3 MP Fuji digital camera; I used it almost for 6 years. From a long time I was thinking of moving up a level in photography and I took the first step by purchasing my first DSLR in September 2012.
I have studied mech engg and I am having my own business of web development and design. I am married and also have a lovely daughter who will be 4 in coming march. Since school I have been active in sports. One thing that excites me very much is trekking and hiking in the mountains and I have been doing it quiet often.
All this photography tutorial scouting on the internet landed up on YouTube ad for ‘World Nomads’. The thrill of being mentored by Jason would remain for a lifetime. Though a bit hesitant to submit my pics I am going to do it anyway. There is a hidden passion that everybody of us has within ourselves and not everybody gets to live it but for people who take the first step the opportunity is limitless.
