The story behind this recipeThe story begins with the great Maggi Noodles packet, my Granny and cute little Me. It was 2013, 29th of July when i moved into a flat with my mother's family. I never really lived in a joint family before. It was just me, my sister and my loving, great spirited mother. We had been so excited about shifting but had some sad stories with us too. But it was still curable because we had each other always in our every aspect of life. My joint family included my mother's siblings and granny. I never really had a good bond with any of them. I knew I was a dreamer, a person with imagination and the courage to get myself in every direction of this Earth. I am a survivor. I can guaranty about this.
So let me come back to the topic!! HHAHAAH !
The recipe. It started when I was the only maggi maker at my home since I was in First standard. This was the first thing that i have ever learned to make in my life. And i promise it is still the best in taste. Whenever i used to make this recipe for my sister and me, my granny used to wonder what the hell am i cooking! Because that was the only thing that she never ate. And as u know old people are 'Down to Earth' especially more of India. My granny always used to enter in kitchen so that she will get to know how do i actually cook it and what all do i add in it. But it is said, the more the one's practice, the heavenly the taste. Not even a chef can make a dish when he is not making it with love and desire. My granny suffered from fever and her mouth was all tasteless by the food that she ate. So finally I was pleased to make it. The only thing that she loved the most and ate with joy. Next time whenever I make it, I make for her. Even she accepts not everyone can make maggi. So our bond became strong by this recipe or else i don't think I would have known her better and I would have missed the granny's love. The another mother love that you get. You don't have a complete family till youhave a granny.
