My Scholarship entry - A 'place' I have visited

Let's start from my name. I am Francesca. Italian as you can guess. A country that I love so much, but deeper when I am far from it. The sun of the south has warmed my greetings and the way I approach people. I love the perception of time you can breath here and the gesticulate way that caractherizes us when we speak. But all of this came out when I run from it. Since I was a little kid I had to look outside to finally discover that what makes me feel better is the diverse. The joy of something unknown, the mystery of what is behind other doors (and coffee, that makes me feel better every time). I lived here and there: Germany, USA, Spain,Uk; I backpacked in South America, now I am wishing that other doors will open. Maybe the enchanted lands of Greenland and with them all the names I would get to ask to its people. 
My support could not be a technical one. I am in need of a mentor, but I am an acute observer, a patient assistant and an hungry adventurer. 
Photography is still alive, thanks to the passion and the mute histories that some photographers are able to express with their shots. I would like to be one of them, and in a way, show the mysteries of Greenland.
