Bandung is one of big cities in Indonesia which is being a magnet for tourists, domestic yet international. Several decades after Indonesian Independence in 1945, this city still keep its story through Dutch Colonial Era. Some recent famous culinary attraction are even originated from Europe.
Many architectural heritage also showed a close connection between local and European culture. Charles Prosper Wolff Schoemaker (1882-1949) was one of Dutch architects who designed several distinguished Art Deco buildings in this city. He combined such European style with local wisdom.
This I show you only a number of those which are standing still through decades.
