I love Indonesian food, it will also affect the diversity of cultural on Indonesia.When I’m in Sumatera I think this is heaven for me because every city in it has a special food. Sumatran island is famous for its spicy cuisine.i will explain about Pempek.Yeay !!! Pempek is Traditional food from Palembang.If you Pempek lovers lets come to Palembang.A good quality of Pempek can find in here.Pempek is under cultivation of food fish and sago. Presentation of pempek equipped with sauce.This sauce have brownish black colour and we called vinegar or cuko (Palembang language). Cuko made from boiled water, then add brown sugar, crushed chili, garlic, and salt. Cuko is a loyal friend to eat pempek, spicy sauce made pempek to increase appetite .This food very tasty and I think I'll be hooked.
Palembang is also producer of crackers .Famous crackers from Palembang is Kerupuk ikan.It feels very crisp and deeply felt sense of fish. Kerupuk Ikan usually very tasty if presented along with pempek but you can eat Kerupuk ikan as snack for accompany you to watching tv. we can gather with our family while eating Pempek with Kerupuk ikan. really delicious !!
Palembang was paradise for those who love spicy food and fish .Almost all cooking with spices and fish in it condiment . it proves that Indonesia is rich in herbs,condiment and fresh fish . so its my culinary roads. If you are interested please taste it and feel the joy of culinary.
