My Scholarship entry - A 'place' I have visited

My name is Lorand, I'm 23 years old and I study cinematography and photography. Already on my 3rd exchange program now, in Seoul, South Korea.
This time I challenged myself not to learn the language but rather learn to be a better communicator, to understand people without too much emphasis on language but rather go beyond.
In august 2012 I ventured alone on a 5 week tour in SE Asia, visiting 6 countries. It was an amazing experience that I would repeat any time.
I feel that this scholarship will grant me with a magical experience. I am eager to learn, listen and improve. I have a strong feeling that I was built for this kind of life.
I'm hungry to learn new things, I have a strong will and I know where to search for answers.
My journey consists of discovering the world that surrounds me and my inner world. So far it was fantastic but the best part is still ahead of me.
So far I had one mentor in photography, whom I love and respect because he made me understand that a great photograph goes beyond the visual sensors. Thanks to him, I can taste the great images that surround me.
I hope and want to be the lucky bastard who can learn from Mr. Jason's wisdom :)
