Photo taken at "Parque das Nações", Lisbon-Portugal, during the lunar perigee. Both the moon and the sun rise behind Vasco da Gama bridge, over Tagus river and all the conditions where perfect, no wind and low tide, I was able to shoot the moon from the very 1st second it showed, as if emerging out of the water, loved the previlege of watching and photographing this moment.
