My Photo scholarship 2010 entry

As the most people who applied for this scholarship, I want the opportunity to live this amazing experience. To be honest, firstly I hesitated, I felt insecure to apply wondering if I’d have chance to win. Well, the “no” we already have, we must try the “yes”, so here I am with good photos to show you. My photos have no corrections, were shot with an ordinary digital camera and one of them with a Nikon borrowed from a friend.
I had the opportunity to learn a little bit of photography while I was in College and I can remember clearly my delight while I held a camera in my hands with so many things to learn and explore: experiences with colors, compositions, lights and so many wrong shoots to finally do it right.
Time flies and sometimes you just let slip, start working hard to pursue and built a career then when you see you are in a different world, you awake and see that you want to change it! See that you want the passion back to you life. And that is what I want: the chance of my awaking time!
The photography world always fascinated me: a photo must capture something special, the feeling of that instant and better than this, must do the observers feel it.
And that’s what I tried to show you with these photos: the feeling of my heart and soul on that unique moment, the information behind the image mixed with a bouquet of feelings.
