    90 days is what they give us, visa-free, in the USA. After all, how much trouble can one rogue Aussie and her New York counterpart get into in just 90 days? Our mission; travel from NY to LA and touch many lives along the way. Views[294] Our own version of breakfast tacos. Kale leaves stuffed with banana and almond paste mashed together, and alfalfa sprouts. Don't knock it until you try it. Easy fresh vegan on the road. Views[281] Driving for 12 hours straight through the night got us to Albuquerque. The desert sunrise melted away weariness and wariness; our ride thought it appropriate to tell stories of bodies buried in the desert. Views[245] I found freedom in a life on the road. I've lost many things since I left home over a year ago; fear, doubt, and about 10 kilos of luggage I obviously didn't need. I've gained a few things too; friendships, experience, perspective. I've learned to slow down and appreciate the little things; waiting for a ride near Austin, Texas. Views[304] Getting to Toledo Bend Reservoir in Texas was the easy part.
