Windsor: A city of under dogs and professional dreamers

We are born film-makers and are put on the earth to do as such. Both of us have worked many menial jobs in our life time, trying to make the money to provide us the opportunities to travel and obtain the equipment to capture our dreams on screen. I grew up in an abusive household and spent my entire adolescence using movies, writing and art as my escapism. When I was 18, I decided to do something so out of my comfort zone and apply for a scholarship to film school... and I got it! I've been taking risks ever since and following my heart has never steered me wrong. Film is our passion and it is just something we have to do to survive. We both have film education from private institutions, but no film study is more effective than in the field. Which is why we've been making films of our own, as well as meeting and working together on a cruise ship as a photo/video team. We want to continue traveling and making documentary style films. He is a very talented film-maker and editor with a unique eye and technical style, where as I am more the creative writer and presenter type. I just love telling stories. I've been an avid reader my whole life and want to realize my dream of being a TV/film personality, with Scott by my side on video. Winning would mean the chance to have a real mentorship and learn from some of the best in this industry... and in this industry, we know connections are EVERYTHING. We both cannot wait to soak up the experience both culturally and professionally.
