My Photo scholarship 2010 entry

Worldwide | Friday, September 24, 2010 | 6 photos

These photos represent periods in my life that somehow have been very important, and are constantly in my memory. I love traveling, and I have the luck that I've been in a lot of places: in first place that incredible landscape in Tahiti is one of the most amazing constrasts of natural colors I've seen: that super green of the plants with the calypso of the sea, and when you go swimming the fishes also have that bright colors: red, orange. blue, etc.
Second, the earthquake in Chile, the country from where I come, that road that's half way down is where I had to drive to go back to Santiago (capital) to see my family.
Third, the bridge that collapsed with the earthquake, that photo was taken when going to the epicenter city to help the people that lost all.
By the other hand, my favourite resting place is my parents home on the shores of a lake, that has an incredible view of the sky in sunset, and that invites to sleep in that hammok where nothing disturbs except the noices of the birds and the fishes that jumps occasionally.
Finally, one of the most amazing cities I've been: Budapest. We were waiting for the night train that goes to Venice, when that old man came near us to ask if we wanted to play chess meanwhile, the bet to accept the play was of 200 forints (a little less than $1us).
