Last few days in NY.
Crunch time for arrangements, preparations, packing.
Don't know how diligent I will be in posting, but I'll give this a try.
The trip begins in Brazil, for the World Cup. Rio and São Paulo before the real adventure begins.
Exploring a new region of the world is always exciting, and this one is brand new to me. While I have been to India, I never saw any other part of Asia and always wanted to change that. I'll be flying into Singapore for a few days and then continuing into Thailand. The current plan is to start in Koh Tao for some diving, continue to the north of the country before crossing over to Laos. Fly over to Vietnam and cross it north-to-south before heading up into Cambodia, back into Laos for the southern part of the country, return to Bangkok for a few days and fly to Myanmar.
I will then fly back to South America for my cousin's wedding in Argentina before heading north into Bolivia.
We'll see what happens then.
