    Buddhist sculptures on the mountains with A LOT of tourists! These sculptures were built about 1000 years ago but many of them were destroyed when an emperor during the Tang Dynasty ordered them to be destroyed to revive the Taoist religion in China. These sculptures are preserved quite well to the ones I've seen inside the cave. The sculptures are much larger when seen in person but you can still appreciate the beauty in them. by: explorermf Views[460] Suzhou, China - It was extremely sunny and HOT. When I captured this photo of the famous canal in Suzhou, a boat with tourists were just passing by and yes, they waved hello! by: explorermf Views[401] Taken in Hangzhou - there's a Chinese saying, There are 55 ethnic minorities in China - in this photo are the Tujia Peoples from Hunan province of China. In this photo, this man is performing a juggling act with real blades. Tujia Peoples are most famous for their singing - if they are unable to sing, they'll never find a spouse! by: explorermf Views[348] A wishing tree in the Land of Avatar. The person making a wish will write their wish(es) on the red ribbon, close their eyes and recite it in their heads before tying the ribbon unto a branch. Many people in China believe that the higher up on the branch the ribbon is the better. by: explorermf Views[1628]
