I'm Wilbert Tuliao, 26 yrs old, adventurous and has a great passion in photography. I used to capture memorable and happy moments using my DSLR which i consider as my partner . I hope the forgoing will convince you to have an idea of my ability as flexible photographer, with these experience i hope i can explore more in the field of photography. I believe I can contribute a lot in using the talent God has given me. In one way or the other I can help people reach places here and there through the shots taken, likewise the elements, e.g. people can bring information to know the culture and feelings.
