I am Evan Tan, a twentysomething writer in Manila who loves to travel. I'm vegetarian. I try to look for gyms near hotels I stay in whenever I travel, but that doesn't mean I'm picky with where I stay.

Some of my fun experiences: I was stuck in a 12-hour trip from Luang Prabang to Vientiane, I danced to "One Direction" in a hotel in Bangkok, I played with a black cat in Nong Khai, my friend and I got held up at the border of Cambodia and Thailand because of her damaged passport, I marathoned Game of Thrones season 1 with an artist friend in Ubud during Nyepi (Day of Silence), I was lost in Orchard Road because I can't seem to understand Google Maps...the list keeps growing.
