My Scholarship entry - A 'place' I have visited

Norway | Friday, July 5, 2013 | 5 photos

I firmly believe that behind what we see there is a whole world hidden. With photography, you can capture the cover of that world and, day by day, taking hold of the photos, write stories imagining stories about people, stories of places, stories of life and death. Is possible, therefore, push boundaries and try to reach an infinite each time different. Day after day we grow and we need different stories which can start from the same memory. The photograph allows you to start from the same station to a different place each time. For me, traveler of places real and not real, photography has always been essential: it is my means to fly in places where I've been, where I want to be or where you would like to go.
I hope to be able to fly with you to the Greenland and into the inner world that hides.

From the water that gently caresses the lands of Norway are born and then dissolve the souls of those who populate it. I took these photos in the hope of catching those against Norway's own terms: life and death, presence-absence, pleasure-fear, and infinite boundary. I tried to make peace in the tool remember those pictures of landscapes intangibles that forgetfulness was intended to bring with them
