My Scholarship entry - A 'place' I have visited

I am a young photographer and beginning writer with a passion for capturing beautiful and unique moments. I am studying multiple languages and my hope is to educate through my photos and writings. I have been practicing photography for many years but have yet to master the camera. I enjoy my technique but believe that it could always improve. To have the opportunity to travel and learn from a professional would be a great experience. My hope is to one day photograph for National Geographic and Animal Planet, with practice and much more learning, I can possibly reach that goal. There is something about capturing a moment that will never happen the exact same way again, that keeps me following the adventures with my camera.
