Hello! My name is Erin and I am from Dayton, Ohio. I grew up on a farm with horses and many other various and sundry critters. My only current pet is a spunky terrier mutt named Dexter. If I need more than that I visit my parents and their horses, cats and dogs, or volunteer at the shelter for a few hours. I have 2 degrees, one in Psychology/Biology and one in Sign Language Interpreting/Education. I traveled to Belize in college for a coral reef ecology class and have been wanting to get out and travel again ever since. Instead, I have been serving in a restaurant in Columbus, Ohio and biding my time. I finally made a decision this year that I need to get out of the city and away from my phone/computer. I want to work with my hands, and feel good about what I am doing. I am hoping to get out into nature and jump start myself. I am starting my new year off with a WWOOF trip to Costa Rica and can't wait to see what the rest of the year will bring!
