My happy beginning

I finally had my own time to enjoy the happiness and excitement the 2011 Shenzhen Universiade brang me after I had been working as a volunteer in Universiade Village for 2 weeks constantly,so on the last night before the Universiade closed,I took a walk in the Village in order to review all the memories this international event had left me.
While I was walking under the athletes’ apartments,I suddenly saw many people gathering under one block and and exchanging uniforms between different delegations and different events. The uniforms were very beautiful and the variations were affluent, I felt like I was visiting a worldwide uniform museum when I walked in the crowd!
Just as I was about to leave,an athlete stopped me. She asked me if I could exchange one of my pins that I collected with her little red bell, I agreed in no time.Then we talked for a while.She told me that she came from Swizerland and she could speak French and Germany.Hearing this,I suddenly I came up with an unique idea that I could let the athletes write some wishes for me on my uniform in different languages,since I was deeply interested in languages,it could be a brilliant collection!
I was so excited that I asked her,she agreed with alacrity and wrote”I love Shenzhen and I love you lovely volunteers!”in French for me.I thanked her and went to search for more athletes from different countries.At first they were surprised at this idea,but when they knew that I was collecting wishes from all over the world in this way,they agreed happily and wrote for me.
After the activity,I was astonished to find that my shirt was filled with lovely words,though many of them I couldn't even recognize.Still,I was deeply moved by these sincere wishes and the fraternal athletes.They didn’t know me at all,but they did show their amicability and enthusiasm to us staff which made our heart warm.Never in my life could I be that lucky.
