Hello Friends,
My name is Emil. I am born in Bulgaria, but I don’t feel I belong there. I don’t feel I belong to any certain place. I call myself as a traveler. It took quite a while to find the strength to follow my dream. It was almost one year ago when I left everything behind and flew to Kathmandu with a one way ticket. I am traveling ever since. Traveling, for me, is not only moving from point A to B. It is a lifestyle. The desire to travel fits perfectly with my passion for photography.
Professionally I am a marine engineer. I always felt that there is a creative side in me. Dealing with heavy machinery, I never had the chance to express that creativity in my daily work. Seven years ago photography came to my live and never left. It is part of me now. This is the tool I found to express myself, to unleash my creativity.
Traveling and Photography is the way that I have chosen. Recently I did the first steps on this way and I am determined to continue. Every day I am learning and since I am a beginner in this I need to learn a lot. Now, with my photographs I make happy only my family, friends and community. I would be very happy to do so for more people in the world. Thanx.
