My name is Eman, I'm a 19 years old Architectural Engineering student in my 3rd semester. Ever since my father got us a digital camera when i was at the age of 12, I became passionate about photography.The reason why I started taking so many pictures of what was happening around me & recording each & every moment was that I didn't have a lot of pictures growing up; I just didn't want to be 80 years old & not have anything to remind me of my life & I definitely wouldn't wish it for anyone. I started taking pictures everywhere I went whether of myself, the people accompanying me or the beautiful scenery surrounding me. At the age of 15, I decided to save up for a professional camera & by the age of 16 I had almost 3/4 of the total price then my father gave me the amount that was left & I got it. I then started taking even more pictures, posting & sharing them with my friends receiving positive feedback of my work. Back when I was thinking of which college to go to, I desperately wanted to study photography but the educational circumstances in Egypt didn't allow me to as there isn't an actual Photography School. To sum up, a photography scholarship would be a dream come true.
