    New Zealand seems to have alot of industry revolving around its many ports & harbours. Constant activity with logs being loaded onto huge ships, trucks driving up and down, cranes moving from side to side, I managed to climb up and get this birds eye perspective over one of the South Islands busy ports. I sat and watched for a good hour as the activity's went on like a miniature town below. by: edschofieldphotography Views[1126] This image shows a lonely boat on Lake Taupo, New Zealand. Taupo is largest freshwater lake by surface area in geopolitical Oceania after Lake Murray (Papua New Guinea). The vast open waters of Lake Taupo give you a feeling that's very hard to describe, spotting the mountains in the distance, mountains in which we had climbed the previous day. That was special. by: edschofieldphotography Views[842] This photo was taken on an incredible evening at the foot of Mt Ruapehu, part of the Tongarero crossing in New Zealand. This evening was particularly great as this image was taken as i reached the bottom after climbing to the top of the mountain. The moody skys you see are the reason we had to rush back down. by: edschofieldphotography Views[464]
