Living in Dreams

Lost in Europe

FRANCE | Wednesday, 27 May 2015 | Views [240] | Scholarship Entry

It was 2010, and I just graduated as an MBA so most of the time I was busy with my Cv , cover latter and that career things , but deep down in my heart I never wanted to start a job so early , I wanted to travel internationally , and to experience different cultures ,
So at the end of 2010 , I got my visa for Sweden and my first destination was Copenhagen ,and that was my first introduction to new country , I lived in vaxjo (Sweden) and Copenhagen for a couple of months then I decided to visit Paris , the city of my dreams .
Paris is very lively but at the same time very busy, people hardly smile as I noticed in Sweden where everyone is greeting you, so the next day I got into my brother’s car and we both were roaming around the city but after some time I realized that it was bad idea to be with my brother or any local as I wanted to see the world from “my point of view “
Eiffel tower is not as attractive as it looks like in picture, especially in day time, but at night it looks amazing. I decided to go to the top floor of the tower, and for that I had to go through a long queue but it was worth waiting, as the city looks so amazing from the top floor and if you are up to 24 years, you can get ticket discount as well and if you are interested to see Louvre Museum (which I would recommend ) then Sunday is the best option , on Sunday you can visit museum without buying tickets and don’t miss the Disneyland ,don’t believe those who say that it’s for kids , if you are in group , you are going to have so much fun there , just one ticket and fairy world is open to you with all amazing and scary roller coasters
The Next stop is Barcelona, as there was no beach in Paris, and the best option is to get flight from Beauvais Airport, it’s about 80 km from Paris central and the bus route to Beauvais Airport is really beautiful.
Rain destroyed all my plans to beach in Barcelona so I decided to roam around the city and to visit famous tourist attraction point, but I wanted to spend more time at beach side, so I picked up my traveling bag and start walking to the beach
Barcelona beach is very lively and amazing , but there are many pocket pickers are wondering there , so it’s better to leave your passport at hotel or any safe place and take care of your stuff .
That was my first international tour and I had really good and memorable time ,now I have decided that I will travel more and more and experience different culture as its always amazing.
