Welcome to the floating village of Kompong Luong. On the Tonle' Sap Lake about 35km from Pursat, Cambodia, plus or minus 5km: the whole village is towed depending on the water levels!
Here everything floats, and all sort of products are sold from canoes paddling around the village, while the wealthier drive around in motorized boats. by: filipporivetti Views[1036]

This is one of many families selling freshly caught shrimps. The mother paddles around the village, while her son helps her out with the weighting. Other families sell fruit and vegetables, chickens and fish, drinks, while karaoke bars, ice factories and churches floats around all tied together forming waterways and canals. by: filipporivetti Views[576]
