One day in Pramuka Island
Pulau Seribu means a "Thousand Island" consisting of almost 128 small islands located in the Bay of Jakarta in the Java Sea. Seribu in English means thousand. They named it like that because the islands group consist of many small island. Once, I spent a day in Pramuka Island which is one of beautiful island in Seribu Islands. It was started in the morning. Being in fishermen neighborhood make me feel difference. I saw how was life there and how children played around the bay and swam in the ocean. Probably they also take a morning bath.

I also saw a sinking ship that probably was abandoned in many years. There is a fisherman was fishing while he took care of his kid. Those are very different situation compare to what I always faced everyday in my neighborhood.

This made me feel so deeply happy that I have chance to see this island. Thanks God for giving me chance to see other side of life.

About me:
I will be 29 in next December. I work as a graphic designer in one of famous local paint company. I like photography since I was a child, but I just have chance to get serious with this hobby when I got my first SRL camera ini 2007.

If somebody asks me why I do like camera, then my answer is: Time is un-reversible then I will make sure every precious moment and people in my life will be on my camera.

What I expect from getting this scholarship is I have a change to learn more about photography and how to capture every culture in the right way. I am going to capture every culture, not only the modern one but also the extinct too and the ancient. I would like to be witness in every history made by humankind through my camera. I would like to see other culture in my way through my camera.

What I expect from the future is I can be best photographer and become witness for every moment in many times and places. Take photo so many places, things, especially culture, and I would like to create a masterpiece in photography with my eyes, my mind, and especially with my heart.
