The leathery skin hides a life of toil in the laboring heat. An emotion expressed for a mere second, as I pulled away from the viewfinder she returned to a smile, I wonder what made her grimace?

A perfect example of the co-existence of life on the river Nile, man and bird. The river that gives so much to so many from the fishes in it to the men who catch them.
