Hitchhiking as a philosophy and life experience. During my trip through Mexico from northern California to the south of the Yucatan I thought I'd hitchhike without stopping and see where it takes me the fate of this trip. Life on the road of Mexico is really beautiful, chaotic, intense and sometimes hard but despite the difficulties I was able to find the most beautiful place I've ever seen in my life: the bay of flamingos and Punta Allen, also known as the end of the world.
Music composed by my friends Buffalo Daughters,
video shot, directed and edited by me (miroimages).
My ambition as a filmmaker has always been to tell stories and to discover new worlds and dimensions, like my last sci-fi short film HAZOR. I'm an independent film maker and I appreciate everything is far from commercialisations and stereotypes.
With this scholarship I want to reach new worlds and cultures to continue producing vibrant films and let people know diversities and to treasure it.
