My Scholarship entry - A 'place' I have visited

I am Diego, a young architect from Zaragoza, Spain. At the age of fourteen, a Canon eos 300 made me become an amateur photographer, and since then I am keen on photography.
The reasons by which I would love to be part of the Jason Edwards scholarships are plenty and varied.
From an academic perspective, it would be a great opportunity to provide my self-taught knowledge over these years with an international dimension and adding completely new working perspectives to my performance.
Professionally speaking, it would help me, making a difference and opening new doors, as I am aware of the International repercussion of Jason Edwards work.
Personally, facing such a challenge would make me gain initiative and self-confidence in my possibilities in this area. In addition, it would allow me to know new cultures, live a unique experience and improve my photographic skills, which I have been practicing for so many years. In a sentence, it would definetely allow me to grow as a person.
I am positive that it would be an excellent oportunity to learn new methods and ideas that I could implement afterwards, trying to build my own space in the world of photography.
