Jakarta, a Busy-Entertainment City

Jakarta is the capital city of Indonesia. Indonesia people called Jakarta as Metropolitan city, where center of business, industry and government in Indonesia are there. Jakarta can be one of tourist destinations for pleasure in Indonesia. The citizen of Jakarta came from different cities in Indonesia and also abroad countries. Different from another town, Jakarta is very crowded. Anywhere you go, there is a traffic-jam and too much air-pollution. Consequently, Jakarta’s weather is great hot. But, it is Jakarta. You will enjoy it. Jakarta is heaven for shopaholic. It is easy to find unique clothes or accessories. There is a lot of mall in Jakarta. Even in 3 months, 1 up to 4 malls and supermarket are ready to open. On the other hand, the buildings actually make city-order became bad, water canal close and it can make flood. While I had vacation in Jakarta, I stayed in an apartment. My neighbors said that they consume fast food an instant food regularly than cooking. Because it wasting time. I can conclude that the lifestyles of citizen of Jakarta are entering Western. Jakarta provides many kind of transportation. Bajaj, bus, angkot, ojek, and busway are the examples. The most interesting transportation in Jakarta is busway. Busway has several good points; low price and free from traffic jam, because busway has a way which only busway could enter this way. Busway is comfortable, but the passenger are crowd closely together in certain hour. Monas is symbolizing the fight for Indonesia. Here, you'll feel how the Indonesian people's struggle against the colonial. It has 132 meters and topped by a flame covered with gold. In the 115 meter-high platforms, visitors can look out over central Jakarta. We also can play kite or have sport in the area of Monas.
