I work at the university as a young professor in economics.
At 20 I had started to seriously take picture, a passion than exploded 5 year later and still burned.
When I was 11, I took my first photo to a nice pig to ingenuously demonstrate that there could be things that are interesting in itself and not just because everyone has recognized as an remarkable subject. In this sense, photography allows everybody to participate in the adventure of seen things differently as a way to look for new subjects, new environments. But my idea of photographic has evolved since then. Photography support me in getting in touch with time: it is the flow of time more then the geography of men or places that hits me, because time is the great designer, and a picture is a powerful instrument to fix an imagine of time. I think that this idea explain why I'm so interested in the relationship between landscapes and objects, and why I used to treat persons as instrument to be used to describe something. I look to photography as something to create a personal (not individual) book of history: an empirical visions of history.
