So here this is, an ongoing journal of my first trip to Africa.
I didn't know very much about Ghana before Alicia invited me to come and work on Kayayo. Ghana is a small sub-saharran nation on Africa's west coast, flanked by Gold Coast and Togo. It is a predominantly English-speaking country, and was the first African nation to earn it's independence from colonialism. They also have a history of democracy that has been running smoothly since 1992.
